On the OpenSea Discord Help channel I am seeing a lot of repetitive questions. All these questions are being answered by a member of the support crew which is fantastic customer service but unfortunately this is very time consuming and a lot of scrolling is involved.
I am suggesting that OpenSea creates a YouTube channel which contains a playlist of video tutorials for both common and uncommon queries to help its users faster. This can be integrated within the help dropdown menu. For example, when you hover over the help button there will be a dedicated tutorial button in the dropdown list.
